Abdiel Ellis is a Retirement Plan Consultant with EPIC Retirement Services Consulting, LLC., a division of HUB International Northeast Limited. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and currently holds his Series 65 with Global Retirement Partners.
Abdiel began his career in 2000 with CitiStreet, a joint venture between Citigroup and State Street that ultimately became VOYA/ING. In his 20 years in the financial industry, he worked for various financial institutions, and most recently he served as Retirement Business Development Officer with PNC Bank’s Institutional Asset Management division. Throughout his career Abdiel has been committed and focused on helping institutional clients and Qualified Retirement Plan Sponsors develop tailored solutions designed to optimize their retirement plan programs to reflect the organizations existing and future goals and drive better retirement outcomes for their valuable employees.
The Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation allows him to be influential in the management of Trusts, Endowments, Pension Plans, etc., by providing guidance as to best practices that must be followed by those involved in these investment decision processes. By designing and implementing prudent processes Abdiel can help Trustees understand and can better handle the responsibilities and liabilities inherent in this role.
